Select the Stroke tool from the Utilities toolbox.

In the tool settings window, adjust the Stroke Scale until the shape takes on the desired appearance and
In the tool settings window, set the tolerance sub units. The tolerance of the operation is as follows: 10 0:0:1 - 0:0:10, 100 0:0:1 - 0:0:100, 1000 0:0:1 - 0:1:0, etc. (assuming there are 1000 sub units in a master unit).
